Harminder Singh is an Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School where he runs the Innovation and Creativity in Organisations module. He has his own consultancy which supports organisations by helping to define problems in change management, specifically cultural change. These two roles enable the application of leading research into resolving the practical issues facing organisations and their management.
