Christophe Boudard is Director, PLM at The Coca-Cola Company. He is responsible for the management of an integrated suite of capabilities that effectively and efficiently manage product related decisions, as well as resulting product definition, from idea to end of life. This includes the Coca-Cola Product Data Management program and the overall improvement of processes that support new product launches and product portfolio management from a total lifecycle perspective.
Prior to moving to his current role in 2010, Christophe gained experience from various positions in R&D, Marketing and IT. Christophe joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2001 to establish a common Innovation process across Europe. In 2006, he moved to the Company Headquarters in Atlanta to design, build and globally deploy the Company Framework for Innovation and Pipeline Management.
Before joining Coke, he managed client relationships and business development for EDI and E-business products for international customers in Europe, Asia and Africa.
